Restorative Practice (RP) is a conflict intervention tool, which can be used in all levels of conflict in order to find a lasting solution. Restorative Practice (RP) aims to bring together those harmed by crime OR conflict and those who caused the harm in order listen to each other, and find a positive way forward
At the end of this intensive 2 day course students will be trained Restorative Facilitators. This will enable them to facilitate Restorative Conferences in their own organisations, in order to address new or long standing matters of conflict.
