This course offers an informative, practical workshop which looks at the role and function of stress and its impact on those around us. Learners will be given the opportunity to experiment with a range of different relaxation techniques and stress management strategies aimed to encourage psychological flexibility and a calmer stance in today’s busy world.

- Understanding some of the models and concepts that explain stress
- Tools for the tool kit – looking at and trying out some practical stress reducing strategies
- Be able to use this knowledge to support further learning, awareness and wellbeing
