The Vicious Circle often stops us in our tracks and prevents us from being the best version of ourselves. This course enables leaners to gain a good understanding of negative thought cycles, how they work and how to start making changes to break the cycle. The course looks at how behaviour can be both the root and cure to problems and offers the opportunity to explore tools and strategies to enable some small changes which can make a big impact on wellbeing.
